[BUG] /resume breaking from 2.1.30

What's Wrong?

/resume shows "No conversations to resume" from version 2.1.30 (2.1.29 works).

What Should Happen?

Conversation list should appear in the picker

No conversations to resume

Steps to Reproduce

Unsure, only thing I know is it won't work from 2.1.30 and rolling back to 2.1.29 fixes it

Additional Information

Resuming via claude --resume <session ID from ~/.claude/projects> works in 2.1.30 onwards. Claude --continue also works
