Code Generation: Premature Implementation and Lack of Plan Modification Workflow

Question

**Bug Description**
Recently, I’ve noticed that Claude Code sometimes proceeds to make code changes directly, even when I specifically request only a plan. Additionally, in “planning mode,” there’s currently no way to review or modify the proposed plan before implementation.

**Suggestion:**
In Planning mode, please provide a clear option to review and edit the plan before Claude Code begins making changes. This would give users more control over the development process and help prevent unintend
