What's Wrong?
Description:
- User asked Claude to install a custom skill (microsoft-agents-skill)
- Claude created the skill files successfully
- Claude then modified configuration and instructed user to logout/login
- After logout/login, Claude Code hung indefinitely during login
- User had to completely uninstall and reinstall Claude Code
- All history and configuration was lost
Impact: Complete loss of access, requiring full reinstall
