[BUG] Claude Code recommended I install a fake Claude Code GitHub app by a non-Anthropic party

What's Wrong?

Claude Code was helping me troublshoot Github auth as part of /install-github-app command. In our troubleshooting, it interpreted my answer incorrectly and then recommended I install a bogus Claude Code App in github and give it all workstream permissions.

What Should Happen?

It should not recommend this third-party app that is phishing.
It should instead just help install github app.
