[BUG] /feedback command exits prematurely saying "feedback canceled"

What's Wrong?
Steps to reproduce:
- Run /feedback or /bug command
- Start typing feedback message
- After 3-5 characters, command exits with "feedback canceled"
- No error message shown
Environment:
- OS: macOS Darwin 25.2.0
- Shell: zsh
- Terminal: xterm-256color
- Vim mode: Enabled (but issue happens before any Esc press)
Expected: Should allow typing full feedback message
Actual: Exits after a few characters
Impact: Cannot use built-in feedback mechanism to report issues
Environment:
- Claude Code: v2.1.31
- OS: macOS Darwin 25.2.0
- Shell: zsh
- Terminal: xterm-256color
- Vim mode: Enabled
