What's Wrong?

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Run /feedback or /bug command
  2. Start typing feedback message
  3. After 3-5 characters, command exits with "feedback canceled"
  4. No error message shown

Environment:

  • OS: macOS Darwin 25.2.0
  • Shell: zsh
  • Terminal: xterm-256color
  • Vim mode: Enabled (but issue happens before any Esc press)

Expected: Should allow typing full feedback message
Actual: Exits after a few characters

Impact: Cannot use built-in feedback mechanism to report issues

Environment:

  • Claude Code: v2.1.31
  • OS: macOS Darwin 25.2.0
  • Shell: zsh
