[Bug] Anthropic API Error: 500 Internal Server Error when loading context with -c option

Question

**Bug Description**
I updated the claude cli while working , so it had a context, while loading the context with -c option it kept on throwing 500, untill i decide to let context go and use just claude to enter again.
