What's Wrong?

Still experiencing this on v1.1.1520 (macOS arm64, Darwin 25.3.0).

The issue started after the Cowork tab failed to load properly. After that, the app shows "Invalid authorization"
immediately on launch — even on the onboarding/login screen before any authentication attempt.

What Should Happen?

An error occurred in the cowork tab, so I closed the Claude Desktop application.

When I open it again, it displays 'Invalid authorization'.

I have cleared everything and reinstalled the app, but the error persists and I cannot log in.

What I tried (none worked):

• Full app uninstall and reinstall
• Deleted all data in ~/Library/Application Support/Claude/
• Removed Claude Safe Storage from macOS Keychain
• Cleared ~/Library/Preferences/com.anthropic.claudefordesktop.plist
• Cleared ~/Library/HTTPStorages/com.anthropic.claudefordesktop/
• Cleared ~/Library/Logs/Claude/
• Flushed DNS cache
• Switched to a completely different network (mobile hotspot)
• Disabled network antivirus

Logs confirm the same pattern:
[REACT_QUERY_CLIENT] QueryClient error: Error: Invalid authorization
[REACT_QUERY_CLIENT] QueryClient error: Error: login_link_already_used
[REACT_QUERY_CLIENT] QueryClient error: Error: ["account_profile"] data is undefined

claude.ai works perfectly in the browser. The Claude Desktop app is completely unusable. This seems to be a
server-side session issue that persists even after a clean install — the backend may still be returning an invalid
state for this account.
