[Bug] Command autocomplete filtering not working, executes first item instead of selection

Question

**Bug Description**
The slash command autocomplete dropdown no longer filters results when typing. Previously, typing `/mcp` would filter the list to show matching commands, but now the list remains unchanged regardless of input. Pressing Enter executes the first item in the unfiltered list instead of the typed command. The only workaround is to type the full command, press Escape to close autocomplete, then press Enter. This started about a week ago.
