What's Wrong?

I really don't get it how this issue can exist now for what feels like forever.
Sometimes, for a short while, it seems to be fine. And then I look at the terminal, either on some random output or at a plan, and I see this mess. Well, actually, this time it doesn't look as awful as sometimes it is still almost readable. Often it is not because if a plan consists of all different colors.

this is an slightly older screenshot from yesterday, showing the total mess. reading the plan is pretty much impossible.

Looking on an up-to-date Windows 11 computer in a PowerShell 7 terminal on the latest Claude Code version.
(v2.1.29)

What Should Happen?

Just showed correctly as you did in earlier versions.
