What's Wrong?

Latest Claude Code version breaks panel when Python extension is enabled

What Should Happen?

It should support python extensions

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Claude Code extension (v2.1.29)
2. Install Microsoft Python extension (by Microsoft)
3. Reload VS Code window
4. Open Claude Code panel from sidebar
5. Click on Account & Usage (gear icon or settings)
6. Observe the USAGE section shows "Loading usage data..." indefinitely

Note: Disabling Python extension makes the panel work. Terminal CLI works fine with Python enabled. Issue is only with the panel/webview.
