What's Wrong?

Using Claude Code in Slack on a message that has a jira ticket. claude kicks off but its not able to get the ticket information.

The connector is configured in Claude Code

In jira it shows up as a connected app:

But claude says it doesnt have access to it :

Claude Code shows "Connected to Atlassian"
Jira shows "Atlassian MCP" has access to your account
Yet I have no Atlassian tools available. This is definitely a bug with Claude Code's connector system - the authentication is working but the tools aren't being exposed to the session.

I'd recommend filing this at https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues with the screenshots you've shown me. This is useful feedback for the team since the connector appears connected but isn't functional.`

What Should Happen?

It should connect to jira using the Atlassian mcp and get the information from the ticket.

2. Set up the connector to github and atlassian
3. call claude in slack on a message that includes a jira ticket
