[Feature Request] Add cursor shape support for vim mode with ANSI escape sequences

Bug Description
Feature request - Cursor shape support for vim mode. This would require Claude Code to emit ANSI escape sequences like:
- \e[1 q (block) for NORMAL
- \e[5 q (bar) for INSERT
