[Bug] PostToolUse:Edit hook incorrectly blocking continuation after Swift LSP uninstall

Bug Description
I need to keep sending "continue" or "proceed". I see a issue after edits: "PostToolUse:Edit hook stopped continuation: Not a Swift file - no analysis needed". But I uninstalled already the Swift LSP. I don't know where this error is coming from. I already restarted Claude Code a few times to try to get rid of it. Still with problems.
