[BUG] `claude --teleport` does not properly auto-refresh the token

What's Wrong?

claude --teleport xxx does not properly refresh the token, so if you had not a recent claude-code session it will just fail instead of trying to refresh the token.

What Should Happen?

claude --teleport xxx should try to refresh the token first.

Steps to Reproduce

Wait for the token to expire (wait for 12h for example) and run claude --teleport xxx. It will fail.
