terminal bug for two tabs for same project

What's Wrong?

• Claude Code version: v2.1.27
• OS: macOS
• Issue: Session hangs on "Marinating" indefinitely when two CLI instances are open on the same project
• Reproduction steps: Open two terminal tabs, run claude in the same project directory in both

What Should Happen?

it should allow us to open two tabs for a single project
