[BUG] No way to add permissions to user or project as they come up. Session too ephemeral.

Managing permissions is a pain and confusing. There is no good list of permissions that is easily accessible within Claude. It would be nice if for each project scope we can simply check/uncheck the allowed permissions.

I've added stuff to the user level permissions but for some reason I keep getting prompted whether I want to run the command. Especially for editing / updating files.

When being prompted to allow, allow for session, or no; we also need an allow for project and allow for user options. It is extremely annoying having to re-approve the same commands over and over again every time I start a new session.
