Bug: classifyHandoffIfNeeded is not defined when using Task tool with Bash subagent

## Bug Report

**Error:** `classifyHandoffIfNeeded is not defined`

**When:** Using Task tool with `subagent_type: "Bash"`

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Use Task tool with `subagent_type: "Bash"`
2. Agent crashes with error: `classifyHandoffIfNeeded is not defined`

**Additional info:**
- `/feedback` command also fails with same error
- `subagent_type: "general-purpose"` works fine
- Issue affects agent delegation workflow

**Workaround:** Use `general-purpose` subagent type instead of `Bash`
