[FEATURE] disable ALL startup questions

Problem Statement

We use Claude Code in automation and can't tolerate useless blocking questions, so we want an option to never be bothered so it _just works_

Probably VERY HARD for a company like Anthropic, but I am asking nonetheless ;p

Proposed Solution

Add ONE toggle to RULE THEM ALL: disable all nagging? or something similar ;p
