Model Selection Flexibility for Cost-Effective AI Interactions

Bug Description
Make it possible to use other Claude models for this experience. I'm not convinced that I'll always want the latest or most expensive Claude model for each prompt. I wish there were an easy way to change the models between prompts. Especially while I gain more familarity on the best way of using this tool. This is also related to my other FR on making the cost-estimates more up-front. I've found that my willingness-to-pay often changes wildly depending on the prompt. For example, in Cursor I often wish that I could tune the inference budget on a per-prompt basis.
