[BUG] `/clear` is not typo of `/compact`

Bug Description
pressing up key used to track commands I used, but it stops on /clear, asking me to choose between /clear and /compact
Steps to Reproduce
enter any command -> /clear -> enter anything -> press up key several times
Additional Context
just let me track the previous commands iteratively
