[FEATURE] Emoji reactions on model responses

Problem Statement

I often just want to show quick acknowledge and appreciation of an answer that one of your models has given me, without prompting a further response. Emoji reactions would be a great way to do this.

I understand this is not technically necessary, but that is beside the point.

Proposed Solution

A clone of how Slack does it. Just a few simple emojis would cover most use cases.
