[BUG] Ubuntu terminal renders incorrectly due to wrong width

• Operating System: Ubuntu 24.04

Bug Description

When I launch claude command - I see broken ouput and commands not working properly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run claude
2. Try to run command
3. Command not executing, nothing happens
