Problem Statement

When I am trying to chat with claude-code in one session over a longer period of time, the context management might be missing some important parts. I see this idea more of an enhancement than a solution to the problem I am facing.

Proposed Solution

I would like to have claude code maintain a session-summary.md file which will be constantly updated as I chat and would be handy rather than using compact on token limit exceed problem.
