[FEATURE] In VSCode, load new tab faster

Problem Statement

When opening a new tab in the VSCode claude code extension, it loads quite slowly (maybe a second or so) and it breaks my flow.

Proposed Solution

I want to be able to hit cmd+n and instantly paste something into the chat, or start typing into it. I'm on cursor.
