[Bug] Anthropic API 400 errors from oversized screenshot payloads terminate conversation without recovery

Bug Description
sometimes there are API 400 errors that just end the conversation and they don't have any context to what just happened. I think a lot of them are screenshots that we take through Chrome DevTools MCP that have huge dimensions. but the conversation just ends and I need to restart. It'll be nice if there's a way to just block that screenshot and let Claude know that it doesn't need to send a huge image.
