Problem Statement

I need Claude Code to stop prioritizing speed and "appearing helpful" over accuracy and thouroughness. Its admitted, on several occasions, that is designed to default to speed, appearing helpful, skimming, and covering up its tracks over being thorough and detailed, doing what it says its doing, being honest, and accurate. Some of the things its admitted are DEEPLY disturbing.

Provide an option where Speed ISNT the priority. If the user is fine waiting, but demands accuracy, allow that.
