[FEATURE] Be able to rebind vim key bindings

Problem Statement

The vim mode is nice in claude code, but I use a different keyboard layout (dvorak-bépo) and I remapped my bindings in vim, so I don't use the default ones.

Proposed Solution

Be able to remap key bindings in the claude's configuration file.
