1. What happened: Claude mass-restored ~65+ files from an old commit (33d8d476) instead of surgically fixing only the missing export, overwriting 3 days of recent work
2. The mistake: I didn't ask which commit had the correct state, didn't verify files before overwriting, and took an overly aggressive approach that caused cascading

regressions (lost translations, broken sidebar, broken admin dashboard, broken edge functions)

1. Expected behavior: Should have only added the missing file to the existing file, or asked clarifying questions before making mass changes to dozens of files
