[BUG] API 400 error

What's Wrong?

I am trying to do a web app and I get consistently the answer

API Error: 400 due to tool use concurrency issues.

Whatever I do ask , Claude answers with this and it is really frustrating

What Should Happen?

It should correct an error in digesting a file structure
