Auto-updater permission broke WSL on Windows

I followed https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/agents-and-tools/claude-code/overview#auto-updater-permission-options to set auto-updater permission. But it broke the WSL on Windows:

I have both docker and WSL Ubuntu 20 installed.
