[BUG] Failed to import specific content from the file

What's Wrong?

When I define a. claude/CLAUDE.md and then import the specific content of test.md into claude.md, it fails

Steps to Reproduce

1、create .claude folder
2、create CLAUDE.md file in .claude
3、 create test.md in .claude
4、edit CLAUDE.md here result:

here is test.md contents:

When I ask 'Hello 1', you must reply to me in Japanese!

5、test fail
