What's Wrong?

Title: Background task approval buttons are truncated and unclear

Description:
When reviewing pending edits from background tasks, the approval button options are truncated (e.g., "Cr..." instead of "Create"). This makes it
unclear what action each button will take.

What Should Happen?

Button labels should be fully visible or use clear, unambiguous short forms.

Error Messages/Logs

no error..see above

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run background tasks that create new files
  2. When prompted to approve edits, observe the button labels are truncated

more info: I was translating some pretty big files and hit my session limits. This error was found when I could finally acess the subagents after my session limits refreshed.
