Problem Statement

The German quick-reply suggestions in the CLI input field use an unfriendly, imperative tone. For example, suggestions like "Schau nach" (roughly "Go look it up yourself") feel dismissive and rude.

This creates an uncomfortable user experience - the suggestions sound like commands you'd give to a subordinate, not collaborative prompts for working with an AI assistant.

I never use these suggestions because the tone doesn't match how I want to communicate. The English suggestions may have a similar issue, but in German the imperative form feels particularly blunt and unfriendly.

Proposed Solution

Review and soften the German suggestion texts to use a more collaborative, polite tone. Instead of imperative commands, use phrases like:

  • "Kannst du bitte..." (Could you please...)
  • "Schau dir mal ... an" (Take a look at...)
  • "Hilf mir bei..." (Help me with...)

The suggestions should feel like natural, friendly prompts - not orders.
