What's Wrong?

After I installed version 2.1.19 via PowerShell, I couldn't launch Claude at all—it just froze. However, running claude -v and claude doctor worked fine. Here are my exact steps: first I installed it with npm and updated to the latest version, then I did a native installation using PowerShell. Now Claude won't start. I'm wondering if this is because I didn't uninstall the npm version first. (Windows 11)
