What's Wrong?

Key details for the report:

  • "Harmonizing" spinner stuck at 0 tokens after parallel agent task completions
  • Late task notifications arriving while processing caused the stuck state
  • User had to interrupt (Esc/Ctrl+C) to recover
  • Context: 5 parallel background agents completed, notifications arrived delayed

What Should Happen?

Once task is done, it should be in Harmonizing state or whatever.

Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

Launch a parallel agents to run tasks in parallel and the status always seems to be incorrect. Contradicting messaging and status is causing confusion.
