[BUG] max subscription gone from plan and claude code despite paying for it on jan 4/5

What's Wrong?

i use claude code daily in my workflow, but i haven't been able to use it in the cli or app bc my max 20x subscription has disappeared from my account and dropped me to a free account. i haven't been banned, and i've reached out a few times to support without hearing back both over the web and over email. the documentation states free accounts do not receive human support, but i technically am not a free account. can someone please help here?

claude code should work and show my correct subscription tier
