[BUG] Skills do not appear in the cloud env

What's Wrong?

When I use Claude code in the browser or the app it doesn't discover the skills which are added to the project with the proper structure.
The problem is that Claude Code should be loading skills from your project's .claude/skills/ directory automatically, but it's not.

What Should Happen?

Claude should discover project relevant skills
