[BUG] CC barfs unintelligble text to the terminal after native installer

What's Wrong?

I updated to the latest version of CC today; I got prompted to claude install to switch to the native installer. Then when running CC it just barfs a ton of unintelligible text over and over. Code diffs still look good but any other text it writes to the term is just totally unusable

Should not have garbage characters

2. claude install to switch to the native (windows) installer
3. Use CC native
