[FEATURE] Swap order of /rewind first 2 options

Problem Statement

I often use /rewind, but only very rarely I'll need to restore conversation and code, which is the first/default option for the command. Not only it's the more dangerous operation, but as Claude improves we can think it should be less and less used over time.

Proposed Solution

Swap options and make "Restore conversation" the default one.

Alternative Solutions

Workaround is getting very tense when /rewind with the fear of wrongly reverting work.
