Problem Statement

Hi, I love working with Claude. I thought the thinking messages (ie, flibberty-gibbeting) was charming at first. But when working 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, having changing words can be rather distracting.

This setting seems to be in different places, and I can't easily find it- especially on the vscode plugin.
I tried running the commands that Claude recommended to turn it off, and all of them failed.

I realize that this feature has been requested, but I can't seem to find a solution that works.

Proposed Solution

It would be extremely helpful if this could be put in the standard options in CLI, and especially in the vscode plugin.
