What's Wrong?

⏺ The session definitely exists with the custom title "story_writing". This
appears to be a bug with the /resume command. Here are some workarounds to try:

Option 1: Try resuming by full session ID
/resume 5cecffad-37f1-42aa-baf8-04cbd0888212

Option 2: Check if /resume shows a picker - Just run /resume without arguments
and see if "story_writing" appears in the list of sessions to choose from.

Option 3: Possible CLI bug - The /resume command may have an issue finding
renamed sessions. You could:

  1. Report this as a bug at https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues
  2. As a temporary workaround, you can manually open the session file and

continue the work by referencing what you were doing
