[BUG] rate limiting loop

What's Wrong?

Claude when getting rate limited started looping infinitely not allowing me to do any

What Should Happen?

Should allow me to cleanup my current context before getting stuck in this loop

I don't know because it all happened so fast and my rate limit ends in two minutes allowing me to continue and perhaps debug the issue further
