Infinite Loop During Chronological Sorting of Annotation History File

Question

**Bug Description**
I have a history file with a rule that claude annotates whenver it does something so I can resume the session (beause the context gets full and claude regresses to a kindergartner). The annotations include a timestamp, and claude for whatever reason doesn't always append to the file and will insert willy nilly. I asked claude to sort this file chronologically, and 100% of the time this causes claude to hang indefinitely. What is going on and how do I fix this?
