[Bug] Incomplete error handling for invalid CLI commands

lol it can't even make a plan anymore that's how bad it is recently ti jsut does really bad ideas and won't even listne to what it is told

1. Fix P&L calculation - Change db_trades.py to calculate dollars on $1,000 position, not points
2. Update existing trades - Recalculate the 3 trades in database with correct dollar P&L
3. Add alerts - Watchdog sends notification when scripts die or data stale
4. Add trade validation - Scripts check data is fresh and valid before placing any trade
5. Verify all running - Confirm all 5 scripts + watchdog are running
