[BUG] I am now getting on any interaction with claude codeAPI Error: 400 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"Output blocked by content filtering policy"}

What's Wrong?

All of a sudden I am getting API Error: 400
{"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"Output blocked
by content filtering policy"} on any interaction. including

update the changelog and commit the changes

What Should Happen?

Claude should have updated the changelog and then done a git add ; git commit -m "......" it appears stuck on this for all prompts

I don't know what I did to trigger this, I have been using for a few hours I tried and changing the mode to Sonet and exactly the same error shows up I am trying to create a Hugo Website with Blowfish and it was going well until a few minutes ago
