[FEATURE] Auto-submit prompt after EDITOR editing via Ctrl-G

Problem Statement

When using Ctrl-G to invoke the EDITOR for editing a prompt, after finishing the edit, I have to press Enter to submit the prompt.
However, after editing in the EDITOR, the prompt should already be complete and ready to send.

Proposed Solution

Automatically submit the prompt upon returning from EDITOR-based prompt editing.
