[Bug] High CPU Usage and Terminal Unresponsiveness During MCP Chrome Browser Interaction

Bug Description
my claude code keeps crashing (node takes 130% of CPU) and terminal gets unresponsive. I've experienced this while claude code was interacting via MCP with the Chrome Browser to debug a UI. I had to kill -9 it.
