Don't ask for permission to edit files in a clean git working tree

It would be nice if there were a setting to always allow Claude Code to edit files if the git working tree is clean.

I don't want to give blanket edit permission, but it's also a little tedious to hit allow every time and I think looking at whether there are unstaged changes is a reasonable way to tell whether it's safe to edit.
