[BUG] Claude Code throws error while executing a task & tool calling

Environment

• Claude CLI version: 1.0.18
• Operating System: Ubuntu 24.04
• Terminal: WSL2 (Windows 11)

Bug Description

Claude Code (Opus 4) was running, then suddenly I got this error:

It happened during a task while it was using some tools I guess
