Add conversation sharing functionality similar to ChatGPT

Use Case

When doing research or debugging sessions, I often need to share the process and results with teammates or document my findings. Currently there's no easy way to share a Claude Code conversation.

Proposed Solutions

1. Shareable link - Generate a public/private link to view the conversation (like ChatGPT)
2. Export to Markdown - /export command to save conversation as .md file
3. Export to HTML - Formatted export with syntax highlighting
